For the development of oats there is no need for particularly warm climates and great sunshine and generally the plant is more resistant to humid environment than other cereals, such as <\/span>wheat<\/span>, <\/span>barley<\/span> and <\/span>rye<\/span>. Thus its cultivation is particularly important in countries with a relatively cold climate and high rainfall during the summer months, such as the countries of central and northern Europe. <\/span><\/p>

Its cultivation reaches even far away in <\/span>Iceland<\/span>. Oats are annual crops and their sowing can be done either in autumn, for summer or spring harvesting for early autumn harvesting.Oats can be used in human nutrition in many ways. It is usually prepared as <\/span>groat<\/span>, after chopping its fruits <\/span>flour<\/span> oatsmeal after grinding <\/span><\/p>

Oats are mainly eaten in the form of slurry. However, it can also be used as an ingredient in many recipes such as sweets produced by oats <\/span>groat<\/span> made by oats, biscuits and bread made by oats. It can also be eaten as a raw food material. Already raw oatmeal cookies have begun to become particularly popular.
